Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown.

- In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice.
