Description
Tender slow roasted lamb shoulder glazed with rosemary, garlic, and honey.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 whole lamb shoulder (about 4–5 lbs)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the lamb shoulder.
- Place the lamb in a roasting pan and pour vegetable broth around it.
- Cover the pan with foil and roast for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes for a crispy exterior.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
