A simple recipe for making teriyaki chicken in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Brush the slurry on the chicken in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Use boneless, skinless chicken for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
