Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a small pot, combine cornstarch and water, then add remaining marinade. Cook until thickened.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken and stir to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
