A simple and delicious whole chicken recipe cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken (4–5 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over the entire chicken.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Season the chicken inside and out with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken breast side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.

- You can add your favorite herbs for more flavor.
