- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons za’atar
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, olive oil, za’atar, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Add chickpeas and lemon slices around the chicken.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
